Submit an Online Application
Click on Apply Now and begin by selecting your desired property type and completing the online application. All required fields must be filled out before submitting and before we can process your application. Starting an application also creates your online TWA account for future access.

Pay Application & Administration Fees
No fees are due until we know we have a spot for you. You will receive an email notification requesting your timely response to move forward. To proceed, a $50 non-refundable application fee and a $250 non-refundable administration fee are required. Once your application and payment are received, our team will begin processing your application. Fees must be paid before an application is processed. You can expect to hear back from us within 1–2 business days.

Lease Agreement & Security Deposit
If approved, you will receive your lease agreement to sign electronically. You will have 48 hours to review and sign the lease and submit your security deposit.

Move-In Preparation & Checklists
Before move-in, you will receive a detailed pre-move-in checklist tailored to your property outlining everything you need to complete prior to your arrival and picking up your keys.

Uploading proof of renters insurance

Completing any required account setup or documentation
At move in, you will receive a move-in checklist tailored to your specific property, ensuring a smooth and organized transition into your new home.
