Submitting Maintenance Requests

We make it convenient for you to submit maintenance requests and get the help you need quickly. Please follow the options below to submit a request.

1. Submit a Maintenance Request Online

Log into your TWA account to submit and track maintenance requests at any time.​

Steps:

  1. Log in to your TWA account

  2. Navigate to the maintenance request section

  3. Complete and submit your request with as much detail as possible

Once submitted, our team will review your request and begin coordinating a resolution as quickly as possible.

2. Email Your Request

Prefer to send your request by email? You can contact us directly with details of the issue.​

Please include:​​

  1. Your name and property address

  2. A clear description of the issue

  3. Any relevant photos (if available)

Our team will review your request and follow up promptly.

3. Emergency Maintenance

For urgent issues that cannot be deferred until the next business day, please contact our after-hours emergency maintenance line.

Emergency situations include, but are not limited to:

  1. Major plumbing leaks or flooding

  2. Lock out of apartment or dwelling

  3. Electrical hazards

If you are unsure whether your issue is an emergency, please call and our team will assist you.

Important Notes

  • Routine maintenance requests are handled during normal business hours

  • Emergency calls should only be used for urgent, time-sensitive issues

  • The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve your request
